Role Overview:
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s presence across key social media platforms. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about content creation, trends, and digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter (X), TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Google platforms
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ideas for content
Engage with audience through comments, messages, and interactions
Assist in executing social media campaigns and promotions
Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth
Coordinate with design and marketing teams for content creation
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or Marketing
No prior work experience required (Freshers welcome)
Strong interest in social media and digital trends
Basic understanding of content creation and platform algorithms
Good communication and creative thinking skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools
Preferred:
Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, etc.)
Active personal presence on social media platforms
