The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving revenue generation for events, exhibitions, awards, and related offerings. This role involves leading sales strategy, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring team performance to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for events, booths, and sponsorships
  • Lead and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaign alignment
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Track sales performance and ensure target achievement

Skills Required

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in event/exhibition sales preferred
  • Leadership and team management ability
  • Communication and client handling skills
