We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive business growth through direct client interactions, effective prospecting, and successful deal closures. The role involves regular field visits, lead generation, documentation, and ensuring smooth closure of sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Visits

Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective and existing clients

Present products/services and explain value propositions clearly

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Gather on-ground market insights and customer feedback
2. Prospecting

Identify and generate new leads through field activities, references, and networking

Develop a strong pipeline of potential clients

Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on business potential

Coordinate with internal teams for lead nurturing if required
3. Paperwork

Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales-related documentation

Collect and verify client documents required for onboarding or deal processing

Maintain records of client interactions, visits, and agreements

Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) for smooth processing
4. Sign-off / Closures

Drive negotiations and close deals effectively

Ensure all approvals and client sign-offs are completed

Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed business

Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Key Requirements

1–3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings
