Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing customer communication channels and optimizing platform-based marketing strategies. This role focuses on improving user engagement through channels like WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and Web Chat, along with driving growth via platforms such as marketplaces, event platforms, and app stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize communication marketing channels (WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Telegram, Web Chat)
Plan and execute platform marketing strategies (Amazon, Event platforms, App Store, Trade platforms)
Improve customer engagement and retention through targeted campaigns
Monitor and optimize user journeys and communication funnels
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams for seamless execution
Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions)
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
Stay updated with trends in CRM, automation, and platform marketing
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in digital marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
Familiarity with tools like email marketing platforms, WhatsApp APIs, and CRM systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and campaign management skills
Ability to manage multiple channels and campaigns
Preferred:
Experience with marketing automation tools
Understanding of customer lifecycle and retention strategies
