Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and professionally driven Tele Sales Executive to engage with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs), Family Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, and Investors for our venture capital and investment-related services.
The candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, building strong professional relationships, generating qualified investor leads, scheduling investment discussions, and supporting the business development team in expanding investor networks.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential investors, business owners, entrepreneurs, and strategic clients.
- Introduce the company’s venture capital services, investment opportunities, and business ecosystem professionally.
- Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, founders, and family offices.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for senior investment managers.
- Follow up with prospective investors regarding investment discussions and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records, call logs, and follow-up updates in CRM systems.
- Understand investor requirements and align them with suitable opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal investment, operations, and management teams.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
- Ensure complete professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance while handling investor information.

- CRM & MS Office knowledge preferred
- Professional attitude and corporate communication skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred
- Experience in Tele Sales, Financial Sales, Banking Sales, Investment Advisory, Real Estate, Insurance, or Client Acquisition is an added advantage
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
