The CEO’s Personal Assistant / PMO will act as a strategic and operational support to the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day management, effective coordination, and timely execution of key business priorities. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities across functions.
The ideal candidate will bridge communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders while also supporting project tracking, follow-ups, and execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
🔸 Executive Support

Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and priorities

Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO

Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents

Handle confidential information with discretion
🔸 PMO / Strategic Support

Track key projects, initiatives, and deadlines across teams

Follow up with departments to ensure timely execution

Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and status updates
-
Support in planning and executing strategic initiatives
🔸 Coordination & Communication

Act as a central point of contact between CEO and teams

Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations

Ensure alignment of tasks with business goals
🔸 Operational Efficiency

Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements

Ensure smooth flow of information across departments
