Role Overview:
The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to drive measurable growth. This role focuses on PPC, paid promotions, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships to maximize conversions and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Manage paid promotional campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions
Identify and execute sponsorship opportunities for brand visibility
Handle bartering and partnership collaborations with brands and platforms
Analyze campaign data and continuously improve performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS)
Allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI
Collaborate with creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives
Stay updated with performance marketing trends and tools
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in performance marketing or paid media
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Hands-on experience with ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads)
Understanding of metrics like CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
Experience in handling large campaign budgets
Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion optimization techniques
