Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Investor Relationship Manager to drive investor engagement and capital raising initiatives across our Alternative Investment offerings (AIFs, private markets, and curated opportunities).
The role focuses on managing qualified investor leads, building strong relationships, and converting high-potential prospects into active investors through structured engagement and advisory-driven conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with qualified leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email follow-ups
• Build and manage relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, and global investors
• Understand investor requirements, risk appetite, and investment preferences
• Schedule and coordinate investor meetings (virtual and face-to-face)
• Conduct investor presentations and assist in closing investment opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in CRM
• Ensure timely follow-ups and movement of leads across the funnel (MQL → SQL → Investor)
• Support documentation, onboarding, and investment execution processes
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to improve conversion outcomes
Key Skills & Requirements:
• 3–7 years of experience in investor relations, wealth management, private banking, or financial sales
• Strong understanding of financial products (AIFs, private equity, venture capital, etc.) preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to handle HNI/UHNI clients with a consultative approach
• Strong follow-up discipline and conversion mindset
• Experience using CRM tools for lead and pipeline management
